I am a structural integrationist. My knowledge and experience has allowed me to work with some of most elite athletes in professional sports and chosen by individuals who cannot find the results they desire through other modalities. As a Team USA approved manual therapist, I enjoy traveling the globe helping elite amateur athletes obtain their goals while remaining healthy and strong. 

My love of movement and restoring functional movements have led me to create teams of exceptional professionals who are dedicated to furthering client goals.

I'm originally from Australia and have been living in Wisconsin since 2015. I graduated as a physical therapist in 2003 and completed post-graduate studies in pain management in 2012. I'm a strong advocate for preventative assessment and treatment.  I see myself as more of a consultant/service provider who can educate and assist people to make good choices about their health and well-being, and help get them on track to maximizing their quality of life. I have a holistic approach to healthcare: I believe health is not only about physical health, but also mental, emotional, spiritual and social health and well-being. 

With my training and work within Tai Chi since 2001, I have seen the benefit my clients experience when we integrate the two, physical therapy and Tai Chi. I use Tai Chi and Tai Chi has influenced how I view pain and balance problems. While I work with a variety of pain and mobility problems, I love helping those struggling with arthritis and post operative, unresolved pain.

Alyssa has been a practicing massage therapist since 2016.  Her talents lie more in the deep tissue realm, but anything can be modified for any body. She is certified in a technique called Ashiatsu, she uses a set of overhead bars to steady herself to use the soles of her feet and gravity to deliver a 'one of a kind' deep tissue massage.  If you feel like you just can't seem to get enough pressure, she is your therapist. As a classically trained massage therapist, she can also deliver and exceptional relaxation massage.
